As we mentioned in our introductory blog, in the coming weeks we’ll be bringing you information about great Maui properties, island events, Maui real estate statistics and overviews, and more. If you’d like to be a part of our online world you can click our RSS icon below to get our blog as an RSS feed. If you’re not really sure what an RSS feed is, no worries, just subscribe. You can subscribe by clicking on the subscribe icon, and we’ll send you an email every time we update our blog. (Don’t worry; we won’t use this email for any other reason.)
New Maui Property Search
You can also create an account and once logged in, save your favorite searches and properties. For example, say you are always searching Kaanapali homes, or homes for sale in Kihei. Just go to our search form, setup your search and submit. Then, when you get the results, click on the “Save Search” icon, and save this search. You can give it a name, and a description. Now, whenever you visit our site, just click the “Client Login” button, and go straight to your saved searches.
And if that’s too much trouble, you can have your saved searches sent to you! Want to get information on land for sale in Maalaea? Land in Kapalua? Condos in Lahaina? Just go to your saved searches, and click on the “Flash Email” icon. You can get Flash emails daily or weekly, just toggle them by clicking on the Daily or Weekly icon. Now, each day or week, you’ll get an email with all the listings from the last seven days that match that saved search.
Ever find the Maui home you wanted, but the next time you came back to the website, it took forever to find it again? Now you can save properties into a wish list, so you can see your favorites any time. When you find that home at Makena Place, or Kamaole Sands Condo you like, just click the “Wish List” icon. You can give it a name, and a description, and a even a rating; so you can easily sort the ones you like from the one’s you really, really like.
Then, next time you come back to our site, just click on “Client Login” and then “Wish List.” You’ll see all your favorites. (You may see a "No longer available" message is a listing is no longer available.) From the wish list you can view, print or email the property information. You can also print or email the entire list. If you've changed your mind about that Property in Kapalua, just click the stars to change the rating. You can even do a new search based on a property. Just click on “Suggest” and you can do a new search starting with the parameters of your saved property.
If you need any help, just shoot an email to Mark email@example.com or Lisa firstname.lastname@example.org.
