Rotary Club March Madness Maui Fundraiser

South Maui Real Estate Listings

By Mark Harbison

The Rotary clubs of Maui have come together for their first annual Maui March Madness fundraising event for Maui's youth and the local community. In fact, 100% of the funds raised will go to Rotary scholarships, student leadership camps and other community programs.

There will be dancing, pupus, a dinner, a cello duet, live music by Brighter Day, and music by DJ Dr. Love. There will also be both a silent and live auction, a magic show by Brenton Keith, and face painting. The event will be blessed by Hawaiian Cultural Advisor Kimokeo Kapahulehua.

The event will take place at Mulligan's on the Blue in Wailea on Saturday, March 26 from 6-10pm, but the doors will open at 5:30pm. The participating Rotary clubs are Kihei-Wailea, Kihei Sunrise, Upcountry Maui and Valley Isle Sunset.

If you'd like to attend this fundraiser, you can get tickets at any of the Rotary Clubs previously listed. The cost is $40 for adults and $20 for kids aged 17 and under. You can also get tickets via paypal at the Rotary Club of Kihei Sunrise website. You can also pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest.

This is one of those great opportunities to get involved with the Maui community, and meet others who believe in working to keep our island a wonderful place to live. As South Maui real estate specialists, we are proud that our favorite part of the island is so active in important efforts like these.
