Top Reasons to Live on Maui

In case you need some additional convincing, here are our top reasons to live on Maui.
December 22, 2017

You have fallen in love with Maui and with the lush, tropical landscape along with the pristine weather, we sure don’t blame you! And let’s face it, you have most likely considered making the big move here. You have dreamt about it, thought about it, and spoke about it with all of your friends. But just in case you need some additional convincing, here are our top reasons to live in Maui.

The Weather.
As we mentioned above, the number one reason why we think you should live on Maui is without a doubt the weather. Maui has some of the most ideal weather conditions in the world! It is summer almost 365 days a year, and on any given day you are sure to find a spot on the island that is either warm and sunny, or cloudy and cool. Whether you’re someone who likes to drift asleep to tropical rain or lounge in the Hawaii sun, Maui has it all.

The Natural Beauty.
It goes without saying that the island of Maui is abundant with picturesque scenery and residents get to enjoy it all year long. From mauka (mountain) to makai (ocean) there is an adventure out there for you and we will bet that it offers an amazing view.

The Hawaii Lifestyle.
As you probably have noticed during your island vacation, the people here embody the caring and laidback lifestyle that can only be found in the island chain. With the aloha spirit alive and well on Maui, you are sure to feel right at home. Raised to malama (take care), you will always find a helpful hand and open hearts from your neighbors.

The Food.
How could you forget the food? With the lengthy list of delicious restaurants and food options on the island, you are sure to never go hungry! Whether you want to visit the Upcountry Farmers Market or dine at one of the celebrated restaurants of Maui, you’ll be surprised by how easy it is to eat and live well on Maui.

While we at Real Estate Maui Hawaii understand that this is a huge decision, need we say more? If you have officially decided to find your piece of paradise, let’s talk about what you are looking for on your Maui real estate search. You can find our contact information at the bottom of this page.

If Hawaii has been on your mind, don’t wait. Let’s make it happen!
