The latest for real estate statistics on Maui are out for the month of July. It looks like the overall real estate market looks good on Maui and continues to show improvement. In Kihei real estate, there were 11 homes sold for a total of $8,228,888 at a median sales price of $755,000. During the last month there were 13 kihei home sales for a total of $24,631,000 at a median sales price of $755,000. There were 17 homes sold during July 2018 for a total of $12,641,400 at a median sales price of $725,000.
As for condos for sale, there were 78 sold in July for a total of $36,644,245 at a median sales price of $446,050. There were 39 condos sold in this area last month for a median sales price of $500,000 for a total of $20,831,850 and 52 sold during July 2018 for a total of $24,237,675 at a median sales price of $388,000.
Maui Meadows real estate reveals that there were two homes sold for $2,620,000 at a median sales price of $1,310,000; two homes sold here for a total of $1,995,000 at a median sales price of $997,500 last month; and in July 2018 there were seven homes sold for a total of $9,267,100 at a median sales price of $1,395,000.
In Wailea and Makena real estate, there were two homes sold for a total of $6,195,000 at a median sales price $3,097,500, two sold in this area during June 2019 for $4,155,000 at a median sales price of $2,077,500. In Wailea and Makena condos for sale, there were 11 condos sold for a total of $16,727,000 at a median sales price of $1,280,000. There were 15 condos sold here during last month for a total of $18,233,000 at a median sales price of $1,180,000. During June 2018 there were 20 condos sold for $26,479,474 at a median sales price of $1,309,817.
