Unbelievable Italian seafood. This is one of the few world-class restaurants on Maui that owns its own fishing boat. The fresh catch really is fresh. Just above the hotels and Blue Course.

Tommy Bahamas Tropical Cafe
My favorite place to hang out after a hard day at an Open House (or a hard morning photographing frog fish at Molokini). Lisa and I like to have dinner at the bar and listen to Tim's kite surfing adventures. And then there's Brian's steel drums, sax, and xaphoon. You can buy a shirt next door. This site will also take you to Longhi's, Ruths Chris, and the Shops at Wailea.

Matteo's--Italian Pizzeria
Just above the shops at Wailea (or just below Wailea Ekolu) on the Gold Course. An instant Wailea favorite.

Fire Dragon Bistro Oriental

Beachfront dining at its best. Sarento's is the un-hotel sister of Nick's Fish Market at the Fairmont Kea Lani. Wonderful food!!!

Mulligan's on the Blue
Great Irish Pub on the Blue Course in Wailea. Just above the hotels. 8 British and local beers, Irish pub fare, great live music. The Celtic Tigers are awesome. Wailea Nights.
