Kihei real estate continues to thrive in both single family homes for sale and in condo sales.
- 18 homes sold in December, compared to 10 in November 2019 and 13 during the same time the year before.
- 42 condos sold in December, steady compared to the same time last year.
As for Wailea and Makena properties, house prices increased for single family homes.
- Median sales price hit at around $2.5 million.
- 11 Wailea condos sold total, more than the month and the year before!
Two homes sold in Maui Meadows, which is great news for this family-oriented neighborhood, and one condo sold in Maalaea real estate which keeps this area steady in terms of sales.
